Hi all,

we run our HPLC (Agilent 1100 series) usually with C18 or C8 columns, using acetonitrile/water gradient with 0.1 % HCOOH. We have a DAD detector and can attach the HPLC outlet directly to an ESI-TOF instrument.

Does someone has experience/has some protocols from the literature if we could use this for the analysis of molecules like Coenzyme A, Malonyl-CoA, and ATP? If we would need to use a salt buffer, this would be problematic for our ESI instrument since it massively contaminates out instrument... maybe there are certain alternatives around.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions,

Marcus
