How we can separate n methyl piperazine from water ?

I want to separate our water and n-methyl piperazine with distillation but facing problem that water and piperazine are not separating out.

Have you tried to 'salt out' the piperizine with Sodium Chloride in your LLE (liquid-liquid extraction)?
