Children in school may learn basic subjects, higher education serve the purpose of technology and scientific temper

Motivation, encourage documentary (and not just movies/games) and make them understand the future effects of working hard and being lazy.

Due to use of different technology through the computers, children are more attracted towards games, social sites as well. So, we need to train teachers in the new way to capture the new interest of kids and also deliver lessons also accordingly. School should have also such an environment.

Students are interested in smart classes. So if we provide the facilities and environment they want they will concentrate on studies.

Another way is to teach through real life and practical examples.

I have seen one video of the play group school teaching rhymes with actions and props. For instance, "Bits of paper, Bits paper lying on the floor...." this is the rhymes. So teachers were teaching this by throwing papers on the floor and then picking them up ..."

So if pre-nursery kids can learn through actions and props then higher education students will learn through real life and practical examples.

Despite the salutary activities that teachers are developing and undertaking in the classroom, students still find time for gaming, which for many boys especially can soon become addictive. Then they will not only play computer games during much of their free time but also surreptitiously play them during classes. I think the way forward is to take a few steps backward from mandatory iPad-based instruction.

As a teacher, he has to make the process of teaching interesting. Students are always looking for something new and valuable. He has to step away from the traditional method and engage with student's personality and needs.

There must be a reward for doing well and a penalty for doing poorly. Then everyone can succeed. The lesson should be relevant and the consequences should be moderate and tailored for the situation.
