how we can define in abaqus applying a specific load in very very little time?
for example in 0.01 microsecond
instantaneous or tabular amplitude did not response for this and after specific little delta T the time you applied is not consider by the software and consider its default times
or what is your recommendation for engineers working with shock in the above mentioned time
Did you adapt the step definition (total step time and initial increment) accordingly?
In principle, the time duration should not matter. What step type are you using? If explicit, how does your stable time increment compare to the chock time?

i dont get your mean clearly
but my problem is dynamic explicit and the initial time or increment time and other things are the values that automatically adopted with software,

Look at the stable time increment in the Job monitor and compare it to the intended simulation time (duration of shock) to see how the different time scales of your simulation compare. (Read the getting starting Manual ch. 9 to understand about time increments in explicit simulations.)

in attached file for 1 model the 400mpa pressure applied in 1 micro second but as i illustrate in attached file this didn't apply completely and after this time the von misses stress is increasing,i expect the stress increase to 400 mpa or other more values and then become constant with vibratons.

So your load is applied in 1 microsecond, but your stable time increment is 0.5 microseconds? That's exactly what I meant in my previous comment - this implies that your model definition is problematic. Possibly you need a finer mesh to resolve things.
Think about the physics of your problem. What exactly do you want to calculate? Elastic waves through your structure? Then calculate wavelength and speed to see whether your elements are fine enough to resolve this.
Can't say more without seeing the model, though.
