How we can calculate relative concentration of sample through Raman spectrum?

Hi , I have Raman spectrum of CO2 molecule in CO2 clathrate, i ma trying to find concentration of HOD (d2o+h2o) in Raman spectra at different temperature . can anyone suggest me a methotd how to calculate concentration hod by Raman spectrum.thanks
