How to write an octave code for simulation of the graphene sheet that in the size we want when we enter the position of the atom in the unit cell ?

I add a picture which I want to show when we run this code.I just started to learn graphene and programming,this is my first job to do.I think that I should start by writing the unit cell and then repeat it along the lattice vectors.I do not know how should I start.is it the right way or not ?Is there anyone can help me about that ? Thank you :)

I didnt understand why did you divide them into two part. I need to write a code which give me a grafen structure that size which I want when I enter the position of the atoms in the unit cell. In order to that as you told I have to follow an algorithm
