Use the google Scholar to choose a search Write your idea if you find many citations, which means that the idea of research is good

1. Have good research data etc.

2. Select the journal publishing articles related with your topic/ research.

3. Download and read some related articles from this journal thoroughly.

4. Try to write your article following the style of these articles.

5. Keep it untouched for 15- 20 days.

6. Correct it as per your idea.

7. Show it to your supervisor co authors and modify it.

8. Again keep it untouched for a period.

9. Correct it and check it through online plagiarism checking.

10. Send the article.

I think first good research data,second good story and third scientific writting, can help to publish paper in good journal.

First of all read the articles published in the journal where you want to submit your article. At the same time, also go thoroughly "Instructions to authors" too. It may give you some idea.

First, The research topic should enjoy novelty because topics of a repetitive nature are simply replicatory and lack innovation. Second, the research topic must have a strong theoretical background. When a topic is grounded in relevant theories, the literature review supporting the issue can provide a powerful evidential basis for investigating the targeted problem. The last but not least, the researcher should choose an operationally sound research methodology whereby the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable can efficiently be estimated while all confounding variables are controlled.
