I have data samples with 9 independent variables and 1 dependent variable, all ranging between 0 and 10. I did a multiple linear regression to obtain a model that can predict the dependent variable, but 2 out of 9 beta coefficients obtained are negative, which doesn't make sense because the scale was done to make the dependent variable's value increase according to the increase of the independent one's values. Is there a way to force SPSS to make all coefficients to be positive? If not, can it be done in another program?

Another thing i did was to run a PCA with the variables I got and I obtained 2 principal components, with 2 variables being generated in SPSS. Then with those I did the regression and I only obtained positive values, but some values in the previously mentioned generated PC's are also negative. What to do?

The SPSS file containing the data is anexxed to this post. The dependent variable is "Evaluation" (ignore the binary Evaluation variable) and the independent ones are on its left. The 2 variables on the right of "Evaluation" were generated by the PCA.
