In early career, I published a paper in a journal that continued publishing for about two years. Now that journal is no more, even their website is unavailable. Please suggest how do I proceed further as there is no contact person to whom I request to withdraw.
In this case there is no harm to submit your paper to any other journal for consideration. I suggest you to submit your papers to authentic publishers such as elsevier, springers and the journals enlisted by clarivate analytics.

Unfortunately, it happened to me too.
I just realized one very nice review of mine is published to a fraud journal since April 2018. Is there anything I can do? I did not sign anything when they notified my my paper was accepted.
I contacted the journal asking for withdrawing the manuscript but two days later no response.
Do you still think I can go ahead and resubmit in a legitimate journal as long as I explain to its editor?
