Hi, I have published a research paper in an ISI indexed IF journal from home country i.e. Pakistan. I want to ask that is it national publication or international? if it is national/local then what will be the status of publication in the same journal for authors from abroad?

Muhammad Adnan, I think visibility of the journals online have actually faded the boundaries therefore, most of the them could be safely considered as international journals.
It depends on the language you used. Is it a national or international language?
When you write a paper in your national language, for me it would be Swedish or Finnish, not many people would be interested in what you have written. My thesis would have interest 3 or 4 persons at most, but when it was published in English, in other words internationally, people in Japan, Croatia and France found interest in how a mouse is walking on an open field before and after learning a task.
