I would like to calculate the coordinate of integration point for the full or reduced plane stress/plane strain element by writing some subroutine with help of PYTHON. For which, I am much interested to know how the integration numbers are ordered in each element?
Is that ordered with respect node number or element number in abaqus ?
How the integration number has ordered either clock wise or anticlockwise?

Similar to face numbers, integration points are numbered based on the elements nodal connectivity. When you query an element in Abaqus/CAE the node numbers are given to you in the order used to define the element.
There are several images showing the nodal numbers and corresponding integration point numbers in the user manuals. For example (for Abaqus 6.12), Chapter 4.1 of "Getting started with Abaqus" and Chapter 28.1 of the "Abaqus Analysis User's Manual".

No, there is no option to output the coordinates of each integration point.
You have to calculate them yourself from the nodal coordinates and the isoparametric coordinates of the integration points (which are at fixed positions within the element and typically vary between -1 and +1) using the element interpolation (shape) function.
For example the isoparametric coordinates of the centroid are at (g,h) = (0,0) and the nodes of a quadrilateral shape are at (-1,-1), (1,-1), (1,1) and (-1,1).
