I used STRUCTURE to look at the relationship between 28 localities representing 572 individuals, followed by CLUMPP and DISTRUCT for windows. My problem, however, is that I cannot visualize the whole structure plot from the DISTRUCT output. I've already changed the page orientation, decreased the individual columns' size, and adjusted the X-Y origin. All of the above did help, but I still cannot see the last 30+ individuals. 

Any assistance would be much appreciated!
