When we design a Printed Circuit Board after performing Schematic Simulation of DC-DC Converters, we come across layout parasitics ( trace inductance, Capacitance etc) which change the actual behavior of physical circuit. Is there any way/Software to verify PCB Layout effect on circuit behavior before hardware fabrication of PCB?

The commertial PCB layout programs themselves contain parasitic extraction.
These are the parasitic inductances of the paths and the parasitic capacitance between two paths.
After making lay out you can directly after that calculate the parasitic.
For power circuits implemented on the PCB the inductors used have values much higher than the parasitic one and this is valid also for the capacitances.
Only at high frequency circuits one needs to consider the parasitic.

If you know the material and dimension details of the PCB board, you can construct its FEM model for the estimation of its parasitics parameters (inductances and capacitances). More details about the modeling and estimation are elaborated in our previous publications:

Another way you check your PCB design is by using a software called ViewPlot — it can be downloaded directly from their official website. ViewPlot is a free CAD software viewer that allows to you to see the Gerber files of your design. To use it, simply open ViewPlot and drag and drop the Gerber file you want to view.
