In order to work correctly with lipid lyophilisate you need to have preliminary data:

- with what concentration of interfering RNA do you want to obtain an emulsion

- what buffer medium is needed for this

- how are you going to encapsulate RNA in liposomes: using extrusion, homogenization, vortex mixing, gradient method

- what method of drug administration is envisaged

- what size of particles ( liposomes) do you want to obtain.
