Hello all,
I have performed a 3-way Permutational Multivariate Analysis of Variance (PERMANOVA; Anderson, 2001) to the similarity matrix of species abundance data to evaluate the variations in macrobenthic community structure using a model with three factors, i) site, ii) zone and iii) month.
How to use repeated measures in PERMANOVA? Please guide me.
