Dear all,

I want to separate PE-conjugated antibody (against bacterial antigen) bound bacteria by using anti-PE magnetic beads and MACS columns (not automated separation). I am using MACS magnetic separators.

Does anyone use that?

I really need to know about the description of the steps since I didn't do that before.

Please give your advice and experience.
