When thawing matrix gel products for the first time, the packaging bottle needs to be buried in crushed ice and placed in a 4°C refrigerator to melt. After thawing, mix thoroughly, then divide and store in a -20°C refrigerator.
Operation process
a. After the product is thawed, use a pre-cooled pipette to blow the matrix gel evenly.
b. Dilute the high growth factor basement membrane matrix gel (containing phenol red) and cell suspension at a ratio of 1:1 to the appropriate final concentration at 4°C.
c. Inject the diluted cell suspension into the nude mouse 1 cm below the skin. The cell suspension should be injected within 30 minutes and placed on ice to slow down cell apoptosis and matrix gelation.
d. The formed tumor can be observed after about 1 week.
