Hey,
I have to use the software CERVUS for my master thesis. I have to make a parentage analysis for 400 sea bream (I do have excel data files with microsatellites). Does anyone know where I can find an introduction guide on how to work with CERVUS? I have looked at the website but there I can only find information on what CERVUS does and not how to work with it.

Hey I also came across some lecture notes online that you may find useful. It provides background and step by step exercises on the analyses performed by the software. I hope you find this document useful.
when you open the software, you will find a help option in the right side of GUI of cervus. here you will find all the required formats of input files with examples.
You can get good information from help button in the software
