Google Scholar has not the possibility for uploading papers but links and citations can be found on it.

If you have a Google Scholar Account you can add your article citations and links to it. Since Google Scholar covers a wide range and nearly all journals it is less possible to miss some papers. However you can add your papers' title manually through your scholar profile.

it depends upon the Journal in which u have published ur paper. if that journal include indexing in GS. definitely ur ppr will appear in GS. search.

Yes, the GS may not update your data citation. It is because of its characteristics. Since the  quality citation of this tools is different with the similar ones, such as the Thomson Reuters, Scopus or the RG, but its quantity may be the consideration of researchers for using the tools, referring to the spaciousness of the Google database, the number of the users, and its free access. By the way, the GS is helpful and useful for scholars in developing countries in particular.

You can't upload paper on google scholar. You may only add title of the paper and other publication related details.

It is not possible to upload full paper on google scholar.Only the title of the paper can be uploaded

I have the same problem. My paper even though indexed in Scopus it is not in Google Scholar

It is possible to add publication when you are on your google scholar citation page, by clicking on the small + sign close to "Titles"

If you want to upload open access paper you can do this but if you have full paper you should upload link for other people. you can't upload full paper in google scholar.
