I tried with different concentration using

1) mobile phase A: 0.1% formic acid in aqueous solution, and mobile phase B: 0.1% formic acid in organic phase (acetonitrile)

2) mobile phase: ammonium formate buffer with 0.1% formic acid in aqueous solution, and mobile phase B: acetonitrile

In both the case the analyte peak is not coming , However one 174 peak is coming which is increasing with increase in analyte concentration

I tried to decrease the DP also in negative but their is no effect on the result.
