How to transfer implicit function to explicit function in neural network?

I want to transfer implicit function to explicit function for reducing time of monte carlo simulation method to compute reliability index .

i dont know, how to input random variables and structural responses to predict explicit limit state function with neural network in matlab,

who can help me?
