How to transfecting MCF 7/Adr cells?

Hello. I welcome suggestions in transfecting MCF 7/Adr cells with px330 pasmid containing Guide RNA for Crispr/cas9 based gene knockdown.

I used Lipofectamine 3000 as per the recommended Guidelines to transfect drug resistant MCF 7 cells developed in our lab against doxorubicine.

I tried to measure transfection efficiency with GFP containing plasmid, but in vain.

Please share your suggestions for the successful transfection. How about using Calcium chloride method or DMSO?
