What's a good strategy to gate macrophages cultured from isolated bone marrow cells?
Available antibodies are CD115, CD11b, F4/80 and Gr-1.
We use F4/80 and CD11b to gate on macrophages for purity assessment of bone-marrow derived macrophages.
