Dear Sir,

Transitivity is one the most significant & tedious part of ISM after VAXO. ISM is a qualitative technique where researcher's confidence on literature review & on his/her own framework is important. If you have any idea about ISM then following are the steps:-

Draw a framework in your mind.

Second step SSIM

Then Initial Reachability Matrix

Go for final Reachability Matrix

Make Iteration

Then develop your framework. In this stage if you find any ambiguity in your model then go for transitivity.

Hence for accurate transitivity researcher needs to draw a framework then go for transitivity.
