I will use SEA as a positive control for T-cell activation (I stimulate PBMCs).

Has anyone experience from working with S9399 "Staphylococcal enterotoxin A from Staphylococcus aureus" provided by Sigma- Aldrich?

According to Tech service at Merck they do not recommend stor the toxins in aqueous at -20.

Since we will only use a small volume of the product per experiment, and we want to be able to store the product for future experiments and preferably in aliquots .

How have you stored this product, is there a good protocol out there?

Thank you !
