How to store membrane vesicles without losing activity of any constituents?

I am looking for checking the toxicity of membrane vessicles from bacteria. How can I store the vesicles?

Generally, vesicles are stable at 40 C for at least a week, if they are stored > 50 ug/ml protein concentration in an iso-osmolar buffer.
