There is no specific library for marine biology (to my knowledge), but there are many libraries for data analysis in ecology. For example :
vegan : Ordination methods, diversity analysis and other functions for community and vegetation ecologists.
ade4 : Analysis of Ecological Data: Exploratory and Euclidean Methods in Environmental Sciences. Tools for multivariate data analysis.
BiodyversityR : for statistical analysis of biodiversity and ecological communities, including species accumulation curves, diversity indices, GLMs for analysis of species abundance and presence-absence, distance matrices, Mantel tests, and cluster, constrained and unconstrained ordination analysis…
Pastecs : Package for Analysis of Space-Time Ecological Series…
I have written a book entitled "Introduction to Statistics using the statistical platform R". Attached find a brochure with the table of content, the list of functions covered, a list of included terminology and where you can order this text from. Please let me know if there is anything that you need that is not included. It covers basic statistics through survival analysis.
