I'm trying to run the species distribution model in Maxent 3.4.4 software. However, the following error message appears: Threshold rule 10 percentile training presence not recognized. There is the option to press ok and the model continues to be created. However, I fear that this error will degrade the quality of my model.
You have no choice but to either ignore it or abandon the model. Ignore it and don't worry about it. It never happened, nothing to see here, no-one will ever know :)
When running the software and appears errors:
- Close the software;
- Recheck the data and change the software's settings and run it again.

Thank you all. I decided to change the software configuration. I used the default setting, which leaves the "Apply threshold rule" option blank, and the error message stopped appearing.

When I check my metric evaluation (TSS and ROC) I notice that the values for Testing.data are not being generated.
I'm using the following code in R studio:
model_maxent = BIOMOD_Modeling(back, modeling.id = paste(name), models = c("MAXENT"), bm.options = options, nb.rep = 50, data.split.perc = 70, do.full.models = FALSE, prevalence = 0.5, metric.eval = c("TSS","ROC"), var.import = 100, save.output = TRUE, nb.cpu = 1, do.progress = TRUE) Am I doing something wrong?
