Thanks Yazdi for your comment,Now I am working with Huh7 hepatoma cell.At the bottom of tube sometime I found something.Usually after fractionation and centrifugation I found the cell lysate clear enough.Hope you understand my problem.

Hi, perhaps it is cell membranes? They are heavier than cell lysate and tend to form a white pellet.

In my experience that pellet contains DNA. Therefore, that shall be intact nuclei and in theory cell membranes.
