Hi,

This type of error generally occurs when the server is not running.

Must start the server before the client. if no server running, the client will meet ConnectionRefusedError.

Maybe you can check in the Abaqus Licensing tool (LM Tools), whether the server is working or not.

Probably you are running out of license, so, if you are sharing license with others they might use all the token and you will be waiting on the queue until they finish. if you are using cracked license, you might need to redefine the license path and server.
