I am trying to simulate the capacitive power transfer with PSIM. I used two regular capacitors (one in the line side, one in neutral side) as a representation of the capacitive interface. I found that the transferred power to the receiver side is almost zero. My first guess of the problem is I cannot use that simple model in simulation, we need to have a coupled capacitors that are similar to the coupled inductors concept.

Is there anybody has encountered this problem before?

Do we need to remodel the capacitor since we don't have a coupled capacitor element in PSIM?

Any response is very appreciated. Thanks
