I am working on microfluidics. I have simulated microchannel to find the concentration and pressure drop with respect to the function of Reynold's number at room temperature [298.15 K] for different flow rate. The physics I have used are laminar flow and transport dilute species. This has computed successfully in COMSOL.

My query is when I try to solve the same thing but at temperature [310.15 K] I gets an error and unable to solve the problem.

Whether additional settings or physics are required for simulating microchannel at 310.15 K, please let me know.
