Please help me in setting the properties (density and viscosity) of the two fluids which are miscible in the Comsol 4.4. I know how to set the properties of one fluid in the laminar flow under the single phase flow. But I want to set properties of two fluids.
I am using ANSYS CFX to solve the mixing problem. I do not have any idea about COMSOL. I am so sorry that i cant help you anymore.
There are separate interfaces for modelling two phase problems. Try tutorials they have a lot of them.

The two phase flow is used for the non-miscible fluid. What I want is the mixing of the fluids and flow of the two fluids should be laminar. Is it possible to do by using two phase flow?
In that case you can use Laminar flow with Transport of diluted species interface. The density would become a function of concentration of the fluids. This is a standard practice for chemical engineers I believe. You can find a lot of examples of this multiphysics coupling too (fluid + transport).
I had implemented the tutorials based on fluid+transport. But they just take different concentration and the properties (density , viscosity, diffusion coefficient) remains same of the one fluid.
My problem is, I want to two different fluids and their properties to be set as given above and by selecting physics laminar flow + transport dilute species, for mixing of two fluids.

Density will be a single number only. Cannot have two densities at one point. You can write a formula like rho = rho1*x1+rho2*x2 rho1 rho2 being densities of individual fluids x1 x2 their mass fraction, and rho equivalent density. This is how people do it and I do not know of any other way.
