Luigi Candido Thanks! I used a helix and gave a minus radius of 0. Then I added a block. With the help of sweep and choosing face and edge, I made a planar helix with a noncircular cross section.

Design the geometry using Work Plane in comsol and using helix or other functions, non-circular designs can be made.
