Some things may be wrong. Check your data again. According to your raster resolution, the number of model runs and size of your raster files(MB) it take times to run models.

Also you can run your SDM or SDMs simulatenessly for diffrent species by biomod2 in R. Ten models exist in biomod2 to run. The codes available in the biomod2 toturial pdfs.

Mohammad Javad Aghasi Thank you very much for your kind responses. I I have heard about BIOMOD2 package but never tried. Now, I'll love to check it once.

Recently, I came to know about 'modleR' package https://model-r.github.io/modleR/. I tried its example which is running smoothly. Also, it doesn't take too much memory. I found it comfortable as it allows to choose several parameters for data cleaning but don't know its limitation yet.

I am using five different algorithms like GLM, BRT, MaxEnt, SVM, RF. Now, I found that there is an argument for parallel model running which takes less time than earlier I experience.

predict(model, predictors, nc=8).
