May I know if galaxy takes PacBio long read partial assembled data of 68Mb for aligning and assembly?

I am not familiar with PacBio NGS plateform and not sure galaxy has deveopled long read from PacBio. You can send your question to them. If not, Lasergene from DNAStar will do. They have input data for PacBio. Talk to them. GoodLuck!
