I created a rolling model by using Abaqus/Explicit.
All the warnings and errors, I corrected but still have a problem with one warning.
The warning is about running the simulation in double precision executable.
If somebody could help, it would be appreciable.
You can tick double precision in the Job manager in CAE. There is a command line command as well, manual lists all the possibilities.
I would like to note in addition, that the double precision warning message comes with the "too many increments" message. Double precision is good in itself, as it reduces roundoff errors which matters a lot when you run many increments, or do things like rotating machinery/propellers/etc but it won't fix inherent modelling issues in your model. So unless you must run those high number of increments it would be better to check if you can remesh with nicer elements, perhaps apply time/mass scaling to make the simulation run in less increments. Running explicit analysis in reasonable time and effort is the key skill, and for many many applications you just don't need a very high number of increments if you modelled it well. You can of course still turn on double precision.

Type " abaqus job=Jobname[space]double " while running the job file from command prompt. You can also tick on 'double precision' in job manager of CAE.
