How to run ENFA in R with maps that have different resolutions?

I have been working for the last month to create some eco-geographical variables maps to use in Biomapper. However, my maps are failing to overlap properly (i'm not sure why).

So, I'm trying to look at different methods to do ENFA. I believe the CENFA package in R is an improvement on various features of Biomapper. I have around 55 EGV maps, would these be possible to run in R using the CENFA package?
