How to resolve a problem between phreeqc and OS X?

Hey everyone. I downloaded the last version 3.1.3 of phreeq-C for OS X but I cannot launch it. Everytime I got an error message indicating "cannot open log file, phreeqc.log. Stopping". Any solution would be great, thank you.
