I have 6 IV and 2 DV. I bootstrapped my Structural Model using Smart PLS 3.0. However, the model only display the T-value and p-value only. In that case, how do I report the strength of my IV to DV (the relationship is significant)? From what I understand, normally it is reported through R square. Again, from Smart PLS it only provides me the Rsquare value for DV only. How about the strength from each IV to DV? How do we report the strength?
It is quite misleading for the novices. You talk about strength of a relationship (which sound like correlation between two variables/constructs) but on the other hand you refer to the R-Square output (which is surely the coefficient of determination which reflects the usefulness of a regression model).
Suppose that what you mean is correlation between constructs, then you should refer to the output at the double-headed arrow under the standardized model. The value is correlation. It reflects the strength of relationship between two constructs. As for its hypothesis, you need to refer to text-output under covariance.
However, if what you meant is the effect of IV on DV, then you are talking about regression. You need to refer to output of single headed arrow linking your IV to DV under standardized regression coefficient. As for hypothesis testing, you need to refer to text-output under regression.

If I am getting your question right, your are looking for the right way to report and analyze different effects of IVs on DVs in a PLS analysis.
First of all, you should consider that the bootstrapping algorithm analyzes the significance of relationships. That is, it tells whether the effect of a certain IV on a certain DV is significant. The strength of the relationships can be obtained by applying the PLS algorithm. Thereby, the path coefficients indicate to which extend an IV affects a DV (the bootstrapping indicates whether these relationships are significant). The R² value (coefficient of determination) is only applicable for DVs. It indicates how well all IVs explain this DV. E.g., a value of 0.4 indicates that 40% of the variance in the DV is explained by the IVs.
Accordingly, your primary way to compare the strength of relationships is looking at the path coefficients. Furthermore you could calculate the effect strength f² for each IV, which indicates to which extent this IV contributes to the explanation of a DV. These articles sum up the most important aspects:

For the strength of the relationship you report the betas and their level of significance. The relevant R2s are usually higher than 20%, this has to do with the structural model assessment..

If I got your question right, Please run your model for measurement and structure model. well, then make a table of its composite reality and p-value and T-value.

I really like your answer.
I am wondering in terms of the strength of the effect, should I look at path coefficients or f square? how about their rank orders are slightly different? if they are small, does this mean these factors are not very influential?
Can i conclude which factor has more impact by simply looking at the value of path coefficients? do i need to compare their differences?

I am not familiar with the smartpls. How do I measure 5 DVs against 2 DVs? . I have 200 cases for analysis and don't know how to go about it.
