Hello, I'm asking a somewhat controversial question, I hope it doesn't bother anyone. In France, Professor Fourtillan, according to his own statements and a long presentation video, discovered two hormones that play a role in several diseases: Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and schizophrenia. It would be these two hormones that trigger the brain to wake and sleep by acting on neurotransmitter receptors. His highly controversial remarks during the Covid crisis led to him being marginalized by part of the scientific community. However, I think his research may be accurate. And if it is accurate, it would be interesting to verify it. My question is: do you know how to encourage a neuropharmacopsychology laboratory to repeat the experiment showing that the wakefulness hormone has an effect opposite to antipsychotics on the main neurotransmitter receptors? (this being a key element to show that this hormone can be the cause of schizophrenia since it has the opposite effect of the drugs which treat it)
