I wonder if you have ever encountered the problem in your experiments of preparing porous carbon with KOH, that after finishing the activation and cooling down, the porous carbon samples taken out from the tube furnace or rotary furnace undergo negative combustion after encountering air. I know this is caused by the generated K or highly reactive K-contain compounds, but there are not too many articles on this, so I hope you can recommend some articles on this or share your ways to deal with it.
