How to register in EMBL gene bank?

Dear colleagues, i had registered 3 DNA fragments in NCBI through DDBJ gene bank , i understand that the two gene banks in addition to EMBL gene bank are linked and the data is interchanged between all of them daily , but i can not find my registration in EMBL . I dont know why? Could any one help me please?
