Dear Colleagues, how to register a science journal or conference in IEEE?
Is it necessary to pay for membership or are there other ways?
Registration to the journals is usually free, you just need to pay for the open access publication. On the other hand, the registration for the conferences need to pay the registration fee. In general there is no membership fees for both of them.
