Time is reduced by benefits from symmetry of problems and reduce number of element. Also increased tolerated error to 3%.

I increased the tolerated error to 0.5 and made all what you said but it's took more than two weeks for each run.

You could modify the time step manually. I suggest to use time step equal to 0.005 sec (dynamic time / number of steps) and in the same time you could divide the model to equal scatters and then produce the mesh with option very coarser in order to obtain uniform element and avoid the fine mesh close the interface elements..
