How to read or get the Mw and Mn from this result (GPC) ?

I want to ask regarding on how to read or get the result of Mw and Mn from the graph directly from GPC machine. Here I'm attached a picture for your reference. Is it the Mw and Mn can get direct from the table given ? Or cannot ? Thank you.
