How to quantify the Quality of Network Alignment

Hi everyone,

I am in need of a measure or score which can quantify the network alignment A between two graphs G1 and G2.

Is there any score/measure to quantify Network Alignment (not for biological network)?

My goal is to use that score/measure to compare multiple network alignment algorithms for a pair of graphs.

Maybe you could use the graph edit distance [1], or read about graph kernels. This article could be useful [2].
