Hi everyone.

I'm currently trying to quantify the fluorescence intensity for a protein of interest in human tissues using a infrared scanner LI-COR Odyssey 3030 and its image studio 5.2 software. Normally, I export these images and I'll analyse them in imageJ. However, I'm concern that this process might yield erroneus results. Recently, I have discovered that Image Studio saves another sets of images and metadata in separete files for each individual scanning. So I would like to know which sets of images you recommend I use to quantify the fluorescence intensity (Exported vs the ones from separete files) and if you have any suggestion for filtering the images in imageJ.
