We have expressed some His-tagged peptides of 19AA in length. The purpose is to use them in binding assays as ligands.

The issue is that they do not have any aromatic residues and their overall charge is zero, purified amount is not known, but expected at about 20-30mg in 15ml solution.

I can not use UV quantification and for different reason either Bradford or Lowry is of no use. We tried lyofilisation and new dilution which would give an exact concentration in mg/ml but the lyofilisation was unsuccessful.

Could anyone suggest an appropriate method for this problem, please?
