I have synthesized the hydrogel but i dont have access to purification by dialysis, Can you please help me out sugggesting some alternate procedure for its purification? Can i use centrifugation technique or simple filtration by filter paper?

Depending on the particles' size and the swelling ratio of the hydrogel you could use centrifugation or filter paper. In case you go for centrifugation, centrifuge it at low rpm and centrifugation time. otherwise the hydrogel will be compressed/packed at the bottom of vial.
